Do It Easy Ltd is a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 14122619, incorporated in May 2022, with its registered office at 455 Bath Road, Slough SL1 6AA.
We're a retailer rather than a manufacturer: products come with their maker's specification and instructions, and tools should be used accordingly. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 apply in full, and nothing on this site limits them.

Where do you ship from, and how long does it take?
From the UK, with tracking on dispatch. Delivery timescales are shown at checkout, and we'd rather state a realistic one than an optimistic one.
Can I return something?
Yes. As a consumer you have 14 days from receipt to cancel most orders under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, plus your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if an item is faulty or not as described.
Is the item in stock?
If it's listed as in stock, it is. If we're waiting on it we say so rather than taking payment and emailing you about a delay later.
Will this storage box fit my cupboard?
Dimensions are on every listing. Measure first, and if you're unsure send us the measurements and we'll tell you honestly.
Do you sell to businesses?
Yes, and we'll quote for bulk or repeat orders. Note that the consumer 14-day cancellation right applies to consumers rather than business purchases.
